How do you get better engagement with Twitter or any social platform for that matter?
Sometimes it is as simple as telling people what to do.
You just simply ask for what you want.
If you have a new product to download, you could offer an incentive to download and than simply ask people to download the new product.
What if you have an event you want to get out to more people. You could have a contest to win something from that event.
Asking everyone to retweet your information about the event to enter the contest.
And spell out retweet instead of using RT.
Here’s a good one: Say you have a new anything (Facebook Page, Twitter handle, business) and you need to get more people following you.
Again, just ask – Please follow so and so for a free whatever you offer in return, maybe a ticket to a drawing.
What if you just want their opinion on a new item? Just ask for a reply!
